Diamond as we all know, comes out of the dustiest ground before it’s lustre could glitter, so is this celebrity who bears the same name.
She is of the same stock with Mzbel— their stock in trade was showing skin and not brilliance. She is not without controversies when she chose to have a fling with music and acting.
She later went into cosmetics, a section of Ghanaians were surprised when she entered into politics with bravery yet, not without her pettiness and old life.
Making a claim for a seat in parliament in her constituency, was a daring and ambitious attempt of hers. Many people admired her bravery and ambitions but had to disappoint them along the way before the December 7th.
She would have been a fine legislator too judging from what she has been through, but choose to mar an enfant career in politics with her old bitchy attitude.
Throwing shades at her former circle of friends and everyone who dare disagree with her on her way of life or pastor Daniel Obinim.
As legislators of Ghana’s parliament are required to behave honourably, one expect her to behave like a matured adult who has shed her old skin, as she is going into politics.
She refused to differentiate between her groupie lifestyle and that of a politician. Unfortunately too she is not contesting on the ticket of any of the two main political parties, which she would have won with ease should it be a strong hold, despite her tomfoolery.
So the masses or voters in her constituency don’t take her serious to even vote for her. She has made a bad case for female celebrities in Ghana.
Recently she was allegedly said to have leaked the nude pictures of two of her former friends, which is not how an aspiring legislator of Ghana’s parliament should behave.
We hope governance and policies of a nation would not be entrusted in the hands of wannabes and clown look alike.
