A political battle is brewing between two of the funniest characters in Ghanaian showbiz, who have taken their fight into the political arena – Kofi Adu vs Braimah Kamoko.
Bukom Banku has emphatically stated that he is much more popular than Agya Koo and he’s not happy that the actor claimed he was one of the most popular personalities in the country.
Agya Koo had claimed in a speech that he is more popular than a lot of NDC functionaries, leading to Banku to respond.

“I heard Agya Koo bragging that he is the most popular person in Ghana, someone should tell Agya Koo, I’m more popular than him, he doesn’t come near me in terms of popularity.” Kamoko told a teeming rally of fans during the campaign launch of Ebi Bright, NDC Parliamentary candidate for Tema Central.
According to the boxer, his popularity is unrivalled – and he went on to prove it by making the entire rally grounds devolve into laughter with some trademark jokes.
