'Racism Is Not Black Vs White But An Issue Of Sin In The Human Heart' – 'Pastor' Majid Michel

 

Actor Majid Michel says many of the challenges the world faces is due to the issue of sin plaguing the human heart, which unchecked breeds many problems such as racism.
Majid has taken a more religious turn in recent years, going full evangelical and practically becoming a pastor.
Writing on social media, Majid postulated that social ills such as racism are not necessarily due to the black/white divide but simply the nature of sin in humans.
Majid said he himself was born in sin like any other person, and had to accept Jesus Christ to get saved.

Everyone is born with a sinful nature. This nature makes man live contrary to God’s law. My mother conceived me in sin. The issue of Racism, is not Black vs. White, but sin in the human heart. it is not the slums or the environment that makes our community bad, but the sin in the hearts of the people who live there. Rather than attack a race of people and blame them for our dilemma, let us attack the sinful nature of man. Man’s nature is the reason for the sad conditions in the world. it means that man’s present nature must be done away with and replaced with a new one. – Majid Michel wrote.

Majid is into full time ministry these days, pictured casting out demons in Accra and evangelising outside the country. It’s amazing how things can turn around for certain people in certain ways.
