It’s okay to dream big and that’s exactly what Leila Djansi is doing with her recent statement.
The Ghanaian film-maker based in USA has said her dream is to be on a James Bond set–though that will be interesting, she must first join the queue.
Djansi, 35, in an interview on Hitz Fm said: “Hopefully on set directing a James Bond episode. That’s what I really want to do. That’s like onto of my bucket list.”
Several renowned directors, including Michael Apted, Roger Spottiswoode, Lee Tamahori, Sam Mendes, and Marc Forster have directed the James Bond franchise–and Leila Djansi wants to be the first from Africa to direct it.
