The Vice President, Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur, is such a bland character it amazes me all the time he’s been able to rise so high in politics. He’s possibly the most uninteresting guy in the whole country and somehow he’s the second highest ranked person in our executive branch.
And being the person that he is, is anyone surprised his speech bored students so much they could not keep quite during it?
The Veep was giving a speech at the Tamale Polytechnic over the weekend when a group of students reportedly kept talking during his speech.
An annoyed Vice President stopped his speech to lay a warning on the disgruntled students.
“…I don’t know what it is that is so exciting that you are not listening to me and talking among yourselves, so I can hear people talking.” he reportedly told the offending students.
They then got quiet, allowing him to continue his message of the prosperity they would be bestowed with if they retain the NDC in power.
