GODWIN NII ARMAH-OKINE WRITES: Who Wins The 2016 US Presidential Elections? – Here's My Official 'Prophesy' Using Facts And Data – Unlike Most Prophets!

The 2016 US elections commences in a few hours when polls open all across that vast nation as citizens move to choose the 45th Commander-in-Chief of the world’s most powerful military.
The Presidential elections have come down to four candidates – Democratic nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton, former First Lady, two time Senator from New York and Secretary of State; Republican Presidential nominee, former reality tv star and real estate mogul Donald John Trump; Libertarian Party nominee, former Governor of New Mexico Gary Johnson; and Green Party candidate, Dr Jill Stein.
The election, of course, is really between the candidates for the two major parties. The US system of voting is different from most other democracies, because it is  based on the electoral college system. Every state is allocated a certain number of electoral college votes, and whoever wins a particular state gets all their votes. There are 538 electoral college votes in total, which means whoever wins a simple majority, 50%+1, or 270 college votes, wins the election.
Since most US states vote solidly Democrat or solidly Republican every single election, whoever wins the election usually comes down to whoever picks up a victory in a majority of the crucial swing states that decide the election. The swing states include Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Colorado, New Hampshire and Iowa. Nevada, Arizona and Michigan would also play a crucial role in determining the winner of this election.
Unlike Prophet T.B Joshua, who just sat in his room and dreamt something up and then came to brag about it, calling it a ‘prophecy’, as if he was telling us something new – I would actually look at the polls, the data and the predicted models of how the election would go and attempt to predict a winner. It would not be different from what you already know but I would at least try to explain my choices and how I believe things would end up, not just pull something out of my ass and claim its divinely inspired.
First, here are the states likely to be won by either candidate whether rain or shine.
Trump wins….  Georgia, South Carolina, Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Utah, Indiana, Tennessee, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, South Dakota, Louisiana, New Mexico, Kentucky, Idaho, Alaska, Alabama, North Dakota, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Wyoming for a total of 180 electoral votes.
Clinton wins… Washington DC, Vermont, Maryland, Hawaii, Massachusetts, California, New York, Rhode Island, Minnesota, Washington, Illinois, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, Oregon, Maine, Virginia and Wisconsin for a total of 219 electoral votes.
The swing states are… Colorado, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Michigan, Arizona and Iowa for a total of 139 electoral college votes.

Neither is crossing 270 electoral votes with their sure wins, but it tells us that Clinton has a built in advantage over Trump in winning the elections. She just needs 51 of the 139 college votes being allocated by the swing states and this, more than anything else, is why she would win the election.
Usually the most important swing states are Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania, but Mrs Clinton’s lead means she can afford to lose two of those and still win, so long as she hangs on to Pennsylvania’s 20 college votes, and all signs point to that happening. Add in Michigan, Nevada and Colorado and she is likely to cross 270 first and be the next President of the United States of America.
A few things can also derail Trump even further. He’s fighting with a third party candidate for Utah’s 6 college votes, and a loss there could spell doom for him. Also the polls are neck and neck in Florida and North Carolina which I’ve handed to him, and a turnaround in either where he loses and its game over. But if he holds on to both, and nicks Pennsylvania and Michigan off of Mrs Clinton, it’s bye bye world.
Anyway, my prediction is that it would be a tight race which would be won by Mrs Clinton, with the potential to be a blowout if things fall in place for her in Florida and North Carolina. I could be wrong, but I am at least working off data and information, and that’s the best anyone can do.
Here’s a little interactive map of how I think the election would pan out based on my predictions. You can make your own predictions at 270towin.
