The late Eva Lokko was laid in state at the forecourt of the State House on Friday as her final rites commenced.
Eva Lokko passed away last month, on the 6th of October 2016.
A former director general of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation and running mate for the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) in the 2012 elections, she had also been the party’s nominee for Parliament in Klottey Korle for this year’s election.
The service was attended by Dr Nduom and his wife as well as numerous other dignitaries.
