Rapper Tyga is facing new legal action amid allegations he failed to keep up with lease payments on a red Ferrari.
The Rack City hit maker signed a lease agreement in May (16) for a Ferrari 488, but car dealer Alex Benedict claims the star reneged on the monthly payments, prompting him to have the vehicle repossessed in August (16).
Tyga allegedly reached another deal to use the sports car until 9 October (16), but when he reportedly missed the deadline to return the Ferrari, Benedict called in repossession officials again and had the car collected on 8 November (16).
He is now suing the rapper for at least $150,000 (£120,900) in damages, reports TMZ.com.
