Sally Field doesn’t understand why people voted for Donald Trump to become President of the United States.
The Oscar-winning actress was fired up as she slammed the President-elect, and those who voted for him, while on Chelsea Handler’s Netflix show.
“If you look at his past, if you look at his history, there is no evidence that he can do one single thing that he says he’s going to do,” she said of the real estate mogul.
“He has shown to be everything that he accuses and has accused Hillary Clinton of being. It is now evident he is all of those things, every single thing that he accused her of,” she said.
And her passionate speech didn’t end there. The mother-of-three said she’s still trying to figure out why millions of Americans voted for Trump to be the next president taking charge in the White House.
“I want to know what other people are thinking. I want to know why they voted for this man who does not stand for anything,” Sally said. “I don’t think that all the people who voted for him are bad and horrible people, I just don’t understand it.”
