"I am Not Ashamed" – Ben Ephson Says As Prediction Goes Wrong

Ben Ephson

Ben Ephson, Pollster and Managing Editor of the Dispatch newspaper, says he is the least disturbed about the outcome of the general polls which was contrary to his earlier prediction that saw a win for the ruling NDC party.
Mr Ephson in November predicted a “one-touch victory” for President Mahama and that the party would garner 52.4 per cent of votes while the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo would get 45.9 per cent.
Speaking on Atinka FM Friday, Mr Ephson said though his prediction never became a passing reality, he would never stop with his predictions.
“I am not ashamed of my polls. This is not the first time I have conducted a poll in Ghana and I will continue to do more polls when the need arises.”
