Bulldog and Shatta Wale might have gone their separate ways but the manager continues to maintain that the Shatta brand as is now known would never have become possible without him.
The pair were inseparable as a duo for years before personal issues broke them up last year, with their relationship melting down quite publicly in a haze of accusations and counter accusations.
Speaking on Hitz Fm, the famed artiste manager, real name Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, noted that Shatta Wale was a damaged star when he joined Bullhaus after years in the wilderness.
“Shatta had re-branding issues when we took off. The whole industry had forsaken Shatta when he came to us” he told Franky 5, comparing his situation to other industry bigwigs who suffered huge slumps.
It was just like 5five, Iwan and others. He had done his stuffs and gone down so we just had to bring him up again.”
When asked if he made the star, he replied in the affirmative.
