13 Member Committee To Probe NDC's Crushing Electoral Loss

NDC

The ruling National Democratic Congress have announced plans to form a 13 man committee to investigate what led to their catastrophic loss in the just ended elections.
The NDC, led by President John Dramani Mahama, lost the Presidential elections by well over a million votes, the highest margin of defeat for any candidate in the last few elections. The party also completely lost their Parliamentary majority.
Struggling to come to grips with the loss, a 13 member committee is set to be formed to probe the circumstances surrounding the loss and look at how to solve the underlying issues.
The committee would be chaired by former finance minister Professor Kwesi Botchway, with its full membership expected to be announced imminently.
