Singer Bisa Kdei has the threat of legal action hanging over his head after he failed to appear for a show he was contracted to perform.

Bisa signed a contract with Charger Limited, organisers of the show Jams Splash, which came off on New Year’s Day in the Upper East Region. Bisa was supposed to headline the show and took half of the agreed sum for his appearance.

Yet on the day of the concert, he failed to turn up – and also gave organisers no reason for his inability to appear – Ghanafuo.com reports.

Charger Limited therefore are contemplating suing the ‘Mansa’ hitmaker for breach of contract, and also for tarnishing the image of the company which staked a lot on his appearance at the show.

The show occurred without Bisa though, with KK Fosu and Kofi Kinaata thrilling the crowd, alongside a group of local artists who also got the platform to exhibit their talents.
