Lawyer of the embattled ‘Ekiki Me’ singer Wisa has revealed that they plan to file for the case against him to be thrown out since the prosecution seem unable to prove their case.

Lawyer Jerry Avernogbor made his submission after Jessica Opare Saforo, Program Manager at Citi Fm, which organised the Decemba 2 Rememba show at which the artist is accused of having pulled out his manhood, testified that she did not see him pull it out.

Jessica was MC on the night and introduced Wisa to the crowd, but testified she went backstage before the incident happened, confirming that’s what happened under cross examination from Agbenorvor.

But Agbenorvor maintains that the prosecution has been unable to prove their case, with a witness supposed to corroborate the account of Wisa pulling out his manhood unable to appear.

The case has been adjourned to February 8 to allow the prosecution produce that witness.
