Veteran highlife star KK Fosu has described dancehall stars who are unable to perform with a liveband as ‘wack’ musicians.

KK Fosu, in a conversation with KMJ on Hitz Fm, said many musicians currently recording hit songs in the country cannot even perform with a liveband but simply mime their way through performances, something he is vehemently opposed to.

“Any dancehall artiste who cannot perform live band on stage is a wack artiste” KK Fosu forcefully said, praising the likes of Samini and Stonebwoy for being exempt from that category.

“So many dancehall artistes cannot perform live band on stage. If you think you cannot perform live band then you are part of the wack artistes.” he continued.

“If Shatta Wale thinks he cannot perform live band on stage, then he is part of the wack musicians”

According to him, Wisa is another good example of wack artists who have become popular despite having no talent at all.
