Ghanaian music legend and staunch NPP supporter, Daddy Lumba, has called for Ghanaian to live in harmony with one another, a theme he says would be central in a single on his upcoming album.

Lumba, speaking on Abusua Nkommo on the Kumasi based station, said that despite his support for the NPP, he believes all Ghanaians should live as one.

To that end, Lumba said his preferred candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo, would serve as President to all Ghanaians and not just his supporters.

“I had so much hope that Nana Addo was going to win the elections, Ghanaians were ready for change, everybody knows my loyalty to Nana Addo but he is father for all whether you are a member of the NPP, CPP, NDC, PPP, PNC” he said.

“We are one people, just that some like NPP, others like NDC and PPP, my advise to Ghanaians which is a track on my album is to live in harmony,’” he added.

Daddy Lumba said Ghanaians do not fight over so many issues and we should learn to transfer that into the political arena.
