Ghana’s President Nana Akufo Addo says he’s going to do his best for the country but people should understand that he’s a human being and therefore he will make genuine mistakes.

Nana Addo explained that “they will not be mistakes borne either out of ill-will or malice.”

He continued: “They will be mistakes because I am human and we all make mistakes as human beings.”

Akufo Addo made these remarks on Tuesday evening when he met Ghanaians resident in Ethiopia–where he has been attending the 28th Ordinary Session of the African Union (AU).

He added that “I am going to do my best. Hope my best is going to be good enough. I will make mistakes but I can promise you they will be genuine.”
