Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has waded into the impending legal showdown between Counsellor Lutterodt and Victoria Lebene Mekpah, fiancee of veteran Ghanaian actor Kofi Adjorlolo.
According to the lawyer, if Lebene indeed sues Lutterodt as she’s threatening, it will be ‘one of the most useless suits ever’.

Ampaw was speaking to Ghanaweb about the threat from Mekpah, who clashed with Lutterodt on Okay Fm.
She then instructed her lawyers to give Lutterodt five days to retract his statements or face legal action.
But Maurice Ampaw, an equally controversial figure as Lutterodt, says the counsellor was only speaking his opinion, without malice, and stating the facts. He said on those merits, any defamation suit against him would not hold up.

He said Mekpah can ‘go to hell’ if she likes, strongly supporting Lutterodt in saying what she’s doing is wrong.
