Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe refuses to relinquish control of his nation, even at 93 and in frail health.

The once vibrant freedom fighter is now a shell, propped up by the sycophants who owe their wealth to him and thus remain interested in keeping him in power.

At his recent birthday party, Mugabe looked ill, and for parts of his speech reportedly made little sense – but he’s still the President.

With his health continually in danger, he’s being flown to Singapore to undergo a ‘medical review.’

Presidential press secretary George Charamba told the state-run Herald newspaper Wednesday that Mugabe had left the country for Singapore to undergo a medical check-up.

“The president left this morning for Singapore for a scheduled medical review,” he told the paper.

“We expect him back in the country early next week.”

For Zimbabweans tired of Mugabe’s rule, even death might not save them; his wife recently announcing that even if he dies, Mugabe’s corpse might  just be placed on the ballot!
