Whilst Shatta Wale is ranting for nothing as usual concerning his BET’s nominations fiasco his compatriot Stonebwoy has called for Unity and announced that his nomination is also for Shatta Movement too and Ghana as a whole.

According to the dancehall act born as Livingstone Este Setakla, Ghanaian acts are lurking behind on the international scene and this is evident in the 2017 BET nominations where he is the only Ghanaian in the list as against 3 Nigerian acts and 3 South Africans.

He detailed that Ghanian acts are failing on the international front because of disunity with a “destroy to win tactics” some artistes use to build their brand. To some extent, this fit best describes Shatta Wale’s everyday attitude, especially whenever any of his compatriot gets a head up over him.

Shatta Wale keeps pretending he doesn’t need an award but anytime he gets one, he overly gets excited over it and when an awards nomination skips him then he’ll quickly put up an attitude that he’s making money and that’s what he focuses on as awards don’t cost a thing and even places worth on his B.E.C.E certificate than BET nomination.

Is this hypocrisy part of Wale’s brand that Nana Aba loves so much? If everything Shatta Wale touches turns to gold, why won’t he touch his B.E.C.E certificate to turn into a BET Nomination and leave Stonebwoy alone?

GhanaCelebrities.com exactly recalls how Shatta extensively mocked Stonebwoy in 2016 after he failed to pick a Grammy Nomination as perceived.

Then again, if Shatta Wale thrives on insulting Chatter House, Mark Okraku Mantey and others to build his fame and success, how different is that from “Sakawa“. Since “sakawa” is also destroying others for financial success?

It’s no doubt Wale is talented but is he suffering from inferiority complex or he’s just paranoid? Before you tell us, read the insightful statesmanship message Stonebwoy posted on his Instagram page.

However, we have sensed a mild double standard in Stonebwoy’s post as he categorized Mr. Eazi as a Nigerian act despite the latter nursing his talent in Ghana which should prompt Ghanaians to support him as well if Ghanaians like Stonebwoy are supporting their own.
