Government has dropped the case against the suspected killers of the late NPP MP J.B Danquah-Adu.
In court today (Tuesday), State Attorneys announced that they did not intend to continue prosecuting the case.
The judge thus had no option but to discharge the two.
J.B Danquah-Adu was killed at his house in Shiashie in February last year, after intruders gained entry and stabbed him to death.
One Daniel Asiedu was arrested in the aftermath, before another suspect who allegedly conspired with him was also arrested.
The state gave no reason why they immediately decided to drop the prosecution, which had been ongoing for over a year.
