Former US First Lady and 2016 Democratic Party Presidential nominee, Hilary Rodham Clinton, once said that a politician must have a private and a public position on every given issue. Therefore, whilst in public there’s some positions you might support or oppose for political effect, privately, you hold the opposite position.

That kind of thinking is apparently the temperament of Sulley Ali Muntari, according to his wife, Menaye Donkor.

According to Mrs Muntari, whilst Sulley might look wild and controversial in public, privately, he’s a gentle soul and the sweetest father on earth.

“What you see on the pitch or outside is different from what you see at home. He’s the most sweetest father and you should want to have more babies for him.” Donkor told Bola Ray when the couple appeared on Starr Chat.

She also added that whilst a calm person, what triggers Sulley is when someone tries to take advantage of him – then he becomes the beast.

“He’s focused and doesn’t want to be bullied. He loves football and eats and breathes it. When you try to take advantage of him then you’ll see the other side of him… We are private although public personalities. We respect one another.”

Menaye also said that her husband was extremely jealous, “but, respectful”.
