A few people who seem to have problems with everything have lashed out at Sarkodie for his lyrics on a new song he was featured on called Jennifer Lomotey.

Many, including a certain Krobo Chief, claim Sarkodie was offensive, ignorant and stereotypical with his lyrics, therefore, he should apologise or face the consequence.

Now, Kaywa, the man who produced the song and also a good friend of Sarkodie says the musician would never insult the people of Krobo because his own girlfriend and baby mama-Tracy is a Krobo which makes his daughter a Krobo too.

In an interview with Onua 95.1 FM on Saturday, he said Sakordie was rather praising Krobo girls. Kaywa again stated that he has spoken to Sarkodie and he said “I’m married to a Krobo girl, I have a daughter who has the same blood running through her and I will be unwise to diss Krobo girls”.

Kaywa told host Christian Agyei Frimpong that “if people are affected, then as a wise person, we will reconsider [the song]”. “That’s what we are doing as management now.

Management is meeting right after this, and we will work out something appealing not just to the chief but to everybody who has an issue with the song.” Kaywa further stated that there is an edited version which is going to be out soon, but he can’t retrieve what people may have on their phones and audio devices.
