Roland Agambire Demands Retraction And Apology From Finder Newspaper For Reporting He’s Been Declared Wanted For Tax Evasion

Lawyers of the RLG Communications boss, Roland Agambire, have warned the Finder newspaper to retract it’s publication indicating that Agambire has been declared a wanted man.

According to Mr Agambire’s lawyers, the publication is intentionally sensationalised and misleading to cause harm to their client’s reputation.

The Finder reported Wednesday that the RLG boss was wanted by the Ghana Revenue Authority for defaulting on some tax payments.

But his lawyers say the story is false and lacks merit.

“The defamatory publication has had a damaging effect on the reputation of our client by lowering him in the estimation of right-thinking members of the public and exposing him to public ridicule and contempt,” the solicitors said.

They called for an apology and retraction to be published by the newspaper and to be given the same prominence as said defamatory article. The lawyers have given publishers of The Finder three days to comply, or else…
