Self proclaimed ‘dancehall king’, Shatta Wale, ska ‘Gbee Naabu’, has been presented with the keys to the city of Worcester.
The artiste opened his US tour replaying his show in Worcester, which was previously scheduled for Republic Day but then got cancelled.
The mayor of the Massachusetts city, Joseph Petty, tapped the Ghanaian star to receive the honour, which was presented to him after his performance.
Gbee Naabu joins other Ghanaians stars on an ever lengthening list who have been honoured with keys to foreign cities, including Okyeame Kwame, Abraham Attah, Anas Aremeyaw Anas and others.
