Hiplife star Wisa Greid stormed out of court today (Thursday) and lashed out after his trial for exposing his p*nis was hit with another adjournment.
According to reports, the ‘Ekiki Me’ star left court in a hurry after the ruling, and could be heard saying ‘they are wasting my time’ as he left.
The singer has been on trial since December 24, 2015, when he pulled out his p*nis on stage whilst performing at that year’s Decemba 2 Rememba concert in Accra.
His action caused a huge uproar, later leading to his arrest and trial for gross indecent exposure.
However, close to two years later, the case is still in court, infuriating the Ga rapper.
The case initially delayed because Wisa was not present for court cases, even leading to the judge issuing a bench warrant for his arrest. However, since he started turning up for court, a series of missteps by the prosecution has led to serial adjournments of the case.
At today’s hearing, the trial judge adjourned the case to 27th September, leading to Wisa’s little outburst.
His lawyer, Jerry Avenogbor, has intimated that they would soon file for the case to be dismissed.
