Another Ghanaian referee has been banned following a thoroughly incompetent performance in a game, adding to such  disgraceful record dogging Ghanaian referees.
Aside the myriad of problems the local league is facing, officiating also causes so many problems in addition. It’s rare to watch a Ghana Premier League game and not see one glaring error which should never have been made.
One referee has been banned by Fifa for bungling an entire World Cup qualifier and Prince Amoah, another referee, has received an indefinite suspension from the Match Review Panel of the Ghana Football Association.
Amoah officiated a Premier League game between Hearts of Oak and Aduana Stars in August and had a completely horrendous performance.
The game ended 3-3, heavily influenced by his bad decisions.
After review, the GFA has decided to indefinitely suspend him.
