Bukom Banku has evoked the memories of his ‘father’, former President John Dramani Mahama, to shrug off the devastating loss he suffered to Bastie Samir.
Banku was floored in the 7th round of their bout at the Bukom Boxing Arena, evoking ridicule from Ghanaians since he’s always running his mouth.
However, speaking on Kasapa Fm today, Banku said Mahama, who he allies with politically and calls his ‘father’, lost an election and he’s fine so all the criticism he’s receiving doesn’t faze him at all.
“I accept that Bastie has beaten me, even President John Dramani Mahama lost a General Election.” Banku said.
“I’ve closed my ear drum so if you insult me, I don’t care.”
