Harmony is restored in Kumawood after Top Kay, Lil Win’s ‘juju man’, apologized to all who were offended by his recent song dissing Kumawood stars.
The song incensed some stars including Kwaku Manu, sparking off a feud with Lil Win.
After trading insults back and forth, the two buried the hatchet but Top Kay, whose song sparked the whole brouhaha, was yet to apologize for his part.
He has done that in a recent sit down, saying that he cannot attack Kumawood which is where Lil Win makes his living. According to him, his song did not specifically target anyone but he’s sorry nonetheless.
“Musicians sing about real life stories and I may sing a song that may appear to be directed at somebody but frankly speaking, I did not write the song with anybody in mind. More so, I did not mention anybody’s name in the song but if anybody in the industry feels offended, I apologise”. he said.
“Lilwin cannot write songs. All the songs I have done were composed by me and Zak [Lilwin’s manager]. And why would I sing to create confuse in an industry where my best friend depends upon to survive?”
