Video: Watch The Moment Former President Mahama Described Nana Akufo-Addo And Appointees As 'Pigs'

Former President John Dramani Mahama is in some political trouble after he described the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his appointees as ‘pigs’ in a speech over the weekend.
The President was speaking at an NDC Unity Walk and was addressing the recent comments of Ghana’s Ambassador to South Africa, George Ayisi-Boateng.
Ayisi-Boateng infamously said that his priority as an ambassador is taking care of only NPP people, leading to immense criticism.
Speaking on the issue, the former President said the NPP came to Ghanains for their votes promising to take care of everyone but now that ‘the pigs are enjoying’, they have forgotten everyone else.
The President’s comments were in the context of George Orwell’s ‘Animal Farm’ but simply using the word ‘pig’ in reference to his political opponent has raised a lot of questions.
Former President Mahama, remember, is famed as a great communicator but is prone to such faux pas such as when he infamously described himself as a ‘dead goat’.
