P-Square Selling Their Jointly Owned 10 Bedroom Mansion For N320m

Nigerian singing duo P-Square are selling their joint properties as they finalize their split and go on their separate ways.
First on the chopping block is their amazing Lagos mansion, which they bought in 2010 and has ten master bedrooms.
That mansion is an amazing edifice, and this is what Peter Okoye said about the it after they purchased it: “…Getting a land in Omole Estate (Ikeja, Lagos) alone is N100m. When you look at the house, especially the finishing, it is over $2million. When people speculated that the house was worth N300 million, we had not even finished the interior. What do you think is the cost of a mansion that has a swimming pool, six living rooms, ten master bedrooms, all fully furnished? It’s far more than the speculated N300 million”.
The duo enjoyed that mansion very well, and their social media photos always showed how exotic it was – but they now selling it off.
According to multiple reports in Nigeria, the selling price is the around N 320million.
If this sale goes through, it becomes harder to see how the brothers get back together, and their split moves one step closer to becoming permanent.
