At a point when almost everyone has heavily descended on the female dancehall artiste for her provocative style of dressing and performance, outspoken sports journalist known in real life as Patrick Osei Agyemang aka Countryman Songo has taken the bold step to defend the young artiste.
Countryman Songo is the host of Adom TV’s most watched sports show and he is best known for raining ‘fire’ on corrupt officials at the Ghana Football Association–GFA. But this time he has jumped onto the defence of Ebony and warned all critics of the artiste to let her be otherwise he will open fire on them.

‘Fireman’ stated in an audio that, Ebony is a young and vibrant artiste who needs to be supported in order for her to get to the top. Criticising her style of dressing and performance wouldn’t let her realize her full potential.
It is believed that Countryman Songo is a staunch fan of Ebony and has therefore not taken it lightly for the various comments lambasting the songstress.
Ebony has recently been in the news for her offensive style of dressing and exposure of her vital body parts when she mounted the stage to perform at the just ended 4Syte Music Video Awards 2017. According to reports Ebony exposed her pu$$y to the audience during her performance and has since been criticized heavily by the general public as well showbiz personalities.
Not too long ago, the president of the Musicians Union of Ghana, Bice Osei Kufuor popularly known as Obour also descended on Ebony’s uncultured style of fashion which he indicated that it is a disrespect to the Ghanaian culture and for that matter needed to be addressed.
Furious Ebony in a quick rebuttal took to her facebook page and posted, “Ebony’s dressing is very bad and is not our culture, but ‘chopping’ of musicians money is very good and I think that is our culture. Some Gh musicians are dying of hunger and what is ur union doing about that Mr president? do you really care?”
