Tic Tac’s star has fallen sharply within the past decade or so but he refuses to pay heed to it. He’s old news now and Shatta Wale is ‘new’ news.
Tic Tac can credibly say he’s bigger than Shatta Wale the same way a fisherman in Jamestown can say his canoe is bigger than an aircraft carrier.
The veteran rapper has been ‘beefing’ with Shatta the past few weeks, up to walking off stage at GhOne Tv because a video of Shatta was played in the background whilst he was being interviewed.
The two have been trading words since and Tic Tac’s latest salvo is to claim that he’s bigger than Shatta Wale.
Whilst being interviewed by Lexis Bill on Joy Fm, he was asked if Shatta Wale was bigger than him, which he refused to answer.
But when asked if he’s bigger than Shatta Wale, he said: “Of course yes but I don’t want us to talk about that,”
Tic Tac, born Nana Kweku Duah, was a member of the golden age of Ghanaian hiplife during the late 90s and early 00s, but has since gone a little down.
As one friend recently put it, he’s moved from a legend to an upcoming artiste and he doesn’t know how to deal with that.
