This is the last month of the year 2017 and a lot of mysterious and unfortunate incidents are bound to happen, from car accidents, deaths in swimming pools and in nightclubs to mysterious deaths.
An unfortunate incident has happened to a middle-aged woman travelling from Fosu in the Central Region to Takoradi in the Western Region leaving her two-year-old baby behind.
According to an eye-witness, the woman got out of the vehicle which was yet to be full to ease herself at the washroom. She then called a sachet water vendor upon her return to buy one of the sachet water but unfortunately collapsed and died as the sachet water was handed to her by the vendor.
It has so far been difficult for the police to identify her since no cell phone or identification card was found on her. Her two-year-old daughter is currently being taken care of by the Nyamoransa police as they wait for family members.
Police inspector, Liberty Kobla stated that the dark skin woman could be between the ages from 35 to 40 years old, the only thing found on her was a suck full of plantain.
The police have deposited her body at the Intervention Teaching Hospital in Cape-Coast as they wait to identify her true identity. The general public has been urged to help identify her.
