Young Kumawood actress, Maame Serwaa has disclosed that negative and ill-comments from people made her a better actress.
Known in real life as Clara Benson indicated that a section of Ghanaians underrated her acting abilities all because she was young and amateur for the roles she played in movies.
Maame Serwaa disclosed this in an interview with Abeiku Santana on ATUU show, she said:
“Some went ahead to say, she was going to be a school dropout. All the negative comments from such people made me stronger and also encouraged me to stand firm in the business”.
Maame Serwaa added that, in life, you shouldn’t allow negative comments from people who doubt your capabilities define your purpose in life.
The young actress further advised that negative comments should always be turned into positivity in order to better one’s life.
‘’I, Maame Serwaa, if I have completed JHS and SHS then it’s their negative words that made me accomplish that goal because when they said the negative words against me, I never allowed it to come to pass’’.
Maame Serwaa concluded by saying that her life was shaped by criticisms from haters and made her stronger each day.
