Lynx Entertainment has gathered quite a collection of stars after Kuami Eugene and Kidi’s respective explosions. Added to Mzvee that’s an impressive roster for one label to have and Richie must be very happy with what he’s building.
However, with the two young stars breaking out Mzvee has kind of been overshadowed and the pressure is now on her to show she’s still the top dog at Lynx.
The ‘Say My Name’ hitmaker recently released a collab with Yemi Alade and whilst promoting it she was asked if she’s feeling any pressure on herself with the recent successes of Kidi and Kuami.
“No they aren’t giving me pressure. We’re like family and we fool a lot and fight like siblings will fight. One thing we have is to support each other so there is nothing like pressure.” MzVee told Kojo Preko on Kasapa Fm.
“KiDi and Kuami Eugene are so talented, is amazing so for me I’m so happy to have people like them on same label.” she added.
Born Vera Hamedoo-Kpeda, Mzvee has been one of the most consistent faces on the Gh dancehall scene in recent years.
