Adom TV’s Kumkum Bhagya host, Tima Yeboah on Friday, January 19 was robbed at gunpoint.
She was robbed on her way home after the ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ television series at around 11:30 pm.

The incident happened at New Bortianor–Accra near the Westhills Mall after she got out from her car to offer help to someone, it was there that the armed robbers rushed and pointed a gun at her.
Obviously, it was a planned robbery judging from the incident, one of the robbers lied down pretending to be sick while the other robber asked for help.

Tima Yeboah narrating the incident to Zion Felix stated she sensed that it was a setup and asked her driver not to stop but her driver insisted they offer help to them.
The man on the floor pulled out a gun and asked them to bring everything on them out to him. She became scared and gave out Ghc1,200 to the robbers.

The robbers hearing police patrol sirens took to their heels.
