Today would have been the a crazy day of celebration in the life of dancehall star Ebony.
Afterall, she would have turned 21, a very significant age generally considered the second rite of passage into adulthood in any person’s life, after their 18th birthday.
Ghanaians at large are in shock, not to talk of those close to her.
One of those who were very close to Ms Reigns during her life was Feli Nuna. The duo have been captured together publicly on numerous occasions.
In a tribute edition of Playlist, Nuna was invited unto Metro TV to speak about the life of the late singer and she could not hold back her tears.
On several occasions, she could scarcely answer questions put to her and even cursed on live tv as she struggled to maintain her composure.
When she became a little ok, Nuna revealed she met Ebony two years ago when they were both nominated for the Unsung category of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
She said the singer loved cooking, and would always cook for anyone who came to visit her. She also revealed Ebony’s dreams of marrying and having kids.
Unfortunately, all of that was cut short on the night of February 8th, when she passed away in a car accident.
