Ghanaian dancehall diva, Ebony Reigns did not die a natural death, says the father of self-acclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale.
According to Mr Charles Nii Armah Mensah Snr aka Shatta Capo, he consulted God after the painful death of Ebony Reigns and from his consultations, Ebony was not killed by God.
Shatta Wale’ father disclosed that a day before Ebony’s death, her song ‘Maame Hw3‘ kept ringing in his ears whenever he went to bed between the odd hours of 1:00 am and 3:00 am.
Shatta Capo in an interview on Hitz FM said:
“When the news broke that the girl or the celebrity had passed away by accident, I kept quiet. I went to God and asked God because I knew her (Ebony Reigns). When these things happen, the first thing I do is to find out whether it was God’s divine plan for the lady and I found out that it wasn’t God’s plan for her to die”.
Ebony Reigns died in a gory accident when the car she was travelling in collided head-on with a VIP bus on the Sunyani-Kumasi highway on Thursday, February 8, 2018.
She died with her friend, Frank Kuri and a military man, Atsu Vondee Believed to be her bodyguard.
She will be buried on Saturday, March 17, 2018, at a venue yet to be communicated to the general public.
