Ghanaian Highlife legend, Kojo Antwi has described the Stonebwoy-Bulldog shooting incident which happened at the Champs Bar in Accra as ‘gangsterism’ in the entertainment industry.
Kojo Antwi aka ‘The Maestro’ in an interview with Lexis Bill on Joy FM said, “I said, is that Ghana? Is that happening in the industry that groomed me? It’s scary”.
Bulldog together with some workers at Zylofon Media in an attempt to retrieve a car that was given to Stonebwoy as part of his contract with Zylofon Music resulted in a conflict which compelled dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy to fire some gunshots at the Champs Bar in Accra.
Kojo Antwi expressing his shock over the bizarre incident said:
“I read something last week and I felt like, this is not the industry that I was introduced to. Some people going for a car from an artiste and gunshots and all that…”.
Kojo Antwi added that “what Zylofon is doing is good,” but advised that “they must find a way to mend differences between some of the artistes because they have a lot of great musicians on the label.”
Kojo Antwi concluded by showering some praises on Zylofon Media for supporting artistes in the music industry.
