Ghanaian veteran Hiplife artiste and pro-choreographer, Slim Buster has threatened to sue gospel musician, Brother Sammy over copyright breaches.
According to Slim Buster, Brother Sammy’s latest single track titled ‘Nipa Fo’ contains most of his lyrics used in one of his song titled ‘Nyira’ which featured Tinny.
However, the management of Slim Buster speaking on Adom FM’s Entertainment Hall with Mark 2 disclosed their intentions and plans to ‘slap’ Brother Sammy with a lawsuit.
“We going to take action against him, as I am speaking now we have written a complaint letter to GHAMRO to make an official report to seek for assistance in any action that might be taken.
“If he [Sammy] and his team become reasonable enough there could be some arbitration to settle the matter amicably by paying some compensation because he has, 100%, reproduced the song”, he concluded.
