The latest ‘challenge’ to hit social media and get Ghanaians laughing is the ‘Gringo’ challenge, in which people dress up and reenact the video to Shatta Wale’s recent music video for ‘Gringo’.
‘Gringo’ was shot on set in Texas in Donald Trump’s United States of America, and it saw everyone’s favourite ‘dancehall king’ going full cowboy.
Wale dressed up in those Western attire and boots and appeared in the video on a horse and it’s already inspiring people to take the challenge.
Child prodigy DJ Switch recently partook when she appeared on stage at the Ghana DJ Awards dressed as as a cowboy and sitting on a horse and on social media people have been trying their hands at dressing like Shatta Wale or vibing to the tune.
