If the musicians are tired of beefing the footballers are now ready to take over.
Former Accra Hearts of Oak and Black Stars goalkeeper Sammy Adjei has completely torn into his friend Laryea Kingson, calling him a liar who has defamed him publicly with evil intentions.
Last year it emerged that Sammy Adjei the former Black Star was now the manager of a public toilet in Labadi, as revealed by Laryea Kingson on tv.
However, Adjei has now responded to that reportage and has angrily denied running any toilet facility.
According to him, he doesn’t know why Laryea who is his close friend can put such a story out there without verification and tarnish his image in such a manner.
“Laryea Kingston is a liar. I have not told him anything about owning a toilet facility. I don’t have a toilet facility and not a manager either. Laryea has really tarnished my image by sitting on TV and defaming me. I was really worried when I heard him on YouTube talking about it.” Adjei rebutted on Adom TV.

“Laryea is my friend but I’m very disappointed in him because he failed to ask me before deciding to run to the public and run me down. I know that owning a public toilet is a lucrative business but I want the whole world to know that I haven’t built any toilet”, he added.
Both Adjei and Kingson kickstarted their careers at Hearts of Oak and later both also turned out for the senior national team the Black Stars.
