Stonebwoy has completely rejected the half hearted statement released by Zylofon Media condemning Willie Roi’s statements against him, instead calling for Roi to render a full blown apology.
In a post on his twitter page, Stonebwoy directly addresses the Zylofon Music PRO and said the ‘press release sermon’ is not enough but the wise course of action is to get an apology from Roi.
Roi, who heads A&R for Artist Development at the company, had landed a savage attack on Stonebwoy late Thursday which included a slur against his ethnicity, writing: “WHILE STONE IS BUSY PLAYING CHEAP GIGS FOR HIS POCKET SHATTA IS SHOOTING MULTI MILLION VIDEOS. LOOK SHARP !! EWE EAGLE.”
After his comments were widely derided, a statement was issued by Zylofon Music condemning the comments and saying Stonebwoy deserves respect.
However, the dancehall act, born Livingstone Etse Satekla, responded to the press release with a shrug, instead demanding that an apology should be rendered to him, his fans and to the entire Ewe people.
