GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi resigned earlier today, June 8th, stepping down from the role he has held for the past 13 years.
He announced his resignation to an Executive Committee meeting of the FA.
A statement to that effect has been released by Nyantakyi, who apologized for his conduct as captured in the video.
He apologized to the President, his Vice and all he mentioned but insisted he acted alone and without any of them.

He also slammed Anas in the video, describing him and his team as ‘scammers’, and maintained that he has done nothing wrong.
