"I've Never Eaten Meat For The Past Thirteen Years" — Samini Reveals

Ghanaian dancehall artiste, the Boss of High-Grade Family, Samini has disclosed that it has been 13 years since he ate meat.
Samini speaking on Citi Fm’s “Traffic Avenue” with Jessica Opare Saforo said he’s been a pescetarian over 13 years.

Samini also advised his fans and the general public to substitute fish, beans and any other sources of protein to meat.
“I’ve been off meat, chicken and all that for about 13 years now, Even if you give me food that has any foreign stuffs in there I smell it and I know.

“I eat some fish but I have eaten so much fish that you cant flex me with fish. I can eat the food and leave the fish.
“I like for my followers to know that, you eat healthy, you work out so that you have a sound mind in a sound body that takes you through the day,” he said.
