‘Slay Queen’ hitmaker Sister Afia has recently lost an impressive amount of weight. Her recent pictures show her significantly not looking like an ‘hippopotamus’, as Efia Odo once described her.
It would be shocking to see such a transformation but according to her she lost all that weight because she wanted to avoid contracting diabetes.
In a recent interview she told Joy News that diabetes is a big problem in her family and she decided to lose weight not to get the same disease.

“Honestly, we have a history of diabetic ‘condition’ in my family and I want to see my grandkids so, it was all in the favour of my health,’ she told Becky Tweneboah.
