Eagle Prophet

The so-called Eagle Prophet, one of the ever growing number of charlatans in Ghana known as ‘prophets’, has called on Ghanaians to take his prophecies seriously.
Reindolph Oduro Gyebi, his real name, said some vague words about Dr Bawumia falling sick a while ago and needing prayers and a few months later, he fell sick and had to go outside for treatment.
So naturally he claimed the ‘prophecy’ as his.
Recently in an interview he was asked why all prophets keep predicting bad things such as deaths for public figures but never prophesy good things.
Replying to that, the prophet claimed that such prophecies are necessary to call for prayers to avert them.

“I saw a doom on Bawumia and his family and cautioned for prayers to be offered to him and his family. If not for my prophecy, Samira Bawumia would be a widow by now,” he bragged.
Eagle prophet rose to prominence after a video showed him ‘prophesying’ an accident involving some students and the Kintampo waterfall accident occurred.
