You do not need a rocket scientist to tell you that most of the artistes, actors and actresses signed by Zylofon Media are just a waste of resources — most of them are a liability to the Record label who brings nothing to the table.
Now, the Communications Director for Zylofon Music, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo has confirmed that contracts with some artistes, actors and actresses signed by the Label will be reviewed.
Arnold Asamoah Baidoo in an interview on Hitz FM stated that a possible reshuffle will hit the Record label soon but not terminating of contracts with artistes, actors and actresses entirely.
“Contracts are not being terminated or reduced. Every viable business at a certain point in time has to do a review or reassess themselves to refocus. If there’s a need for them to change their style, it’s acceptable.
Being stagnant doesn’t help. So I think Zylofon Music has gotten to a point where we have to make some changes. Well, there may be an iota of truth in the claims but it’s not necessarily or strictly a major effective change. However, the duration of the contracts of some artistes are being reviewed, but as to whether it’ll be an extension or reduction it’s still in process,” Arnold disclosed.
He concluded that the company cannot terminate contracts with artistes, actors and actresses without following the legal processes involved.
