Patapaa was in the world of his own before he dropped his single track he tagged “One Corner” which became popular after the Swedru-Akwambo festival in 2017.
According to the “One Corner” hitmaker, revealing in his first interview, he said he started pursuing his music career with some of his Swedru based colleagues but due to the hardship they went through, some of them gave up.

Patapaa also disclosed that after several years of suffering as an underground artiste, he did not even know what prompted him to collaborate with Ras Cann to drop “One Corner”.
“I don’t know what came into my mind to release my track. la prasseur mesion… I used in the song to me it meant something will happen, and indeed something really happened…” he said.
